Forced Sign In

Having a nag screen pop up continuously and being forced to create an account with Bitdefender has forced us to look for another Antivirus/Firewall solution to install on our customers' machines. We are a computer repair shop and onsite service, and have been purchasing about 100 Bitdefender Internet Security licenses per year, but after too many customer complaints about your nag screen, we have decided to stop purchasing your software. There is no excuse for this feature. The online access is NOT required for this software to function. The other leading providers do not require an account to be created to use the software.


If and when you decide to include an opt-out feature, we will reconsider purchasing your software.
