Id Theft Protection Disappeared

I signed up and paid for 6 months of Bitdefender's ID Theft Protection. But that module no longer appears on my dashboard. When I go online to my bitdefender I can see it there but it isn't functional. I've written to them an number of times about this and cannot get clarity or resolution.
