Run Bd 2008 Antivirus From Cd

Hi Everyone,

I have BD 2008 anti virus on my computer, and I have a bootable BD 2008 anti virus CD. My friend has a possibly infected computer that won't boot, and she has a useless ATT&T version of Norton anti virus that's always a problem , scans won't complete , etc.

My question is since she doesn't have BD anti virus installed on her computer ( not yet anyway ) , can I run a BD anti virus scan on her computer , via my BD anti virus CD ?

Hello Larry,

Yes, of course you can. You can even install a trial version of BitDefender, or use the Online Scanner (works only in IE).

Don't forget to update the signatures once you are in the BitDefender rescue environment. To do that please take a look here.
