Cannot Customize Configuration

Hi everyone,


I am having trouble trying to customize my security modules. I can only change the options of Vulnerability, Internet protection and Anti Spam modules.


The Anti Vírus, IDS, Firewall, Ransomware protection cannot be changed. When I try to change the options, the icons are all gray, so it is not possible for me to change any option. I click on them, and nothing happens.


Is it some kind of bug? I already tested on 2 different computers and both have the same issue.

    Hiya,


    It sounds as if you are logged in with a user account, you cannot change those BD settings. Log in with your Administrator account or get the Administrator to log into it for you.
