Bd Not Aloowing My Programs To Access The Internet

hi!

newbie here. never used bd before so i dont know how this program works and such.

anyway its not allowing some of my programs to connect to the internet (mozilla, msn, ares, ect). after i installed the programs it even asked me if i would allow it to connect and ofcourse i clicked yes or allow whichever it is.

when i try to use my msn it says my firewall is blocking it but when i check the list of programs that should have access to the internet msn is right there.

help pls! ready to pull my hair off LOL

Was it working about a week ago? I believe the last update that they just pushed out (required a reboot) has broke the firewall. I'm still able to connect to the internet however my xbox 360 can no longer connect to the PC while the firewall is enabled. For grins I uninstalled and reinstalled BDIS 2008 and all worked fine until I did the update in the GUI. After the reboot from the update the firewall was again broke. Hope they fix this soon as we use the heck out of our extender!!
