Youtube Video Starting And Stopping On Laptop Using Wi-fi
I loaded Bitdefender Total Security 2008 on a PC and laptop over the weekend. When I used another internet/antivirus application, I did not have an issue accessing Youtube videos. Now if I access a video on the PC it works fine but on the laptop it starts and stops. It also seems that my wireless connection slower since I added Bitdefender.
The only change I made to either computer was adding Bitdefender. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.
Laptop:
Toshiba Satellite 1.73 GHZ, 2 GB of RAM
Windows XP SP2
Router:
Linksys WRT54G

The slight delay could be caused by BitDefender http traffic scanner. Right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system tray press on open advanced settings. Normally the antivirus section should be selected and the shield tab should be high lighted. Press on custom level uncheck scan http traffic press on ok to save the change. How is the signal off your wireless connection?

I read another post yesterday so I unchecked the http scan then. The signal varies between Very Good and Excellent, if I understand what you are asking.
