Antivirus Keep Deleting File

Hello i have total security 2016 installed and i have a problem with an .exe file that it keep getting deleted.I add the file to the exclusions ..excluded files and folders ,also ..excluded processes.I even add the whole folder to the exclusions but every time i restart the pc it keeps deleting it.... Any fix? thx
