The Improvement Of Ransomvare Protection

I have an idea about Ransomvare Protection. Using this option on BIS 2016 I noticed that it show too much falsw alarms (it blocks my Firefox, downloaded from official site and even Windows 10 apps). What if this module will check the security certificates of all programs, which try access or change the protected folder? I'm sure that most of the potentially malicious software does not have such a certificate (and more dangerous too) and security level of protected folders will be very high. In addition, it will decrease the number of false positives.
