Rescue Mode Issues?

Hi,

I am having an issue with "Bitdefender Total Security 2016" basically I can not get "Rescue Mode" to update.

I boot into it and it cannot get the virus definitions updated.

Antivirus Engines Status:

Version: engines not loaded yet.

If I choose "Update Now" I then get an error saying: "Update error: the server address is not correct".

So any ideas on how to resolve this?

BTW: I am using a wired internet connection (non-wireless) and my operating system is Windows 10 Pro x64.

Hi Ward,

I mean you can repair or reinstall Bitdefender and this method may solve you problem.
