Active Threat Control Blocking Without Warning

Active Threat Control some time block my app and no warn to me !!! i using "fg757p.exe" and everything is ok and after 2 or 3 days block this program (and same app) and no warn and no record in Events 
when i turn off ATC , fg757p.exe is correctly working !!!
This is New bug from Active Virus control [there are this bug from beta test until now still there are]
