Provide Support?

Here's a feature request - actually provide support? I have been trying to contact support for months - after navigating through the website that actively discourages users from contact support. For example, when a user clicks on 'email support' a pop up window opens again taking the user back to the self-help system. BitDefender clearly do not wish to hear from customers. I also tried contacting support via the chat tool - and no one was there!


I am beginning to wonder if BitDefender actually HAS any support??


This forum is the only way I have been able to have anything approaching any contact or support with the company.
