Firewall Blocking Internet Connection

Hello!

Im new here.

Recently I've upgraded my software from NIS to Bitdefender - for better protection.

However, both antiwiruses blocks my internet connections - for wifi one restarting firewall and using w10 firewall for seconds helped, but for ethernet connection its impossible to fix.

I've tried to change my DNS to google one, but still dont work.

Got no idea how to fix such problem - I dont want to resign from your products but its impossible for me to use it.

Do You guys got any suggestions how to fix such problem?

Hello Czoklyt,

Firstly if you have any other security programs in use you should uninstall them, especially those that have real time scanners as they can conflict with BD, you can try re-installing them later.

Then run a repair on Bitdefender -

Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender - double click it and choose "Repair". Let it complete and reboot the computer.
