Bitdefender 2016 Won't Install

I'm running windows 10 installing bitdefender antivirus plus 2016 and it won't install the drivers, it gets to the screen with the 3 loading bars, closes and pops up saying it can't install drivers, I've sent an email already waiting for response in the meantime i was wondering if anyone here could help. :wacko:
