Perpetual Blue Spinning Circle After Logging In For The First Time

I have recently installed bitdefender, however, upon trying to log in the agent only shows a blue spinning circle. I have attached a snip of what it looks like. I have tried letting it run for quite a few hours with no success. I have uninstalled other anti-malware and turned off windows firewall.
