How To Remove This Virus

My computer has a virus, worm to be precise. my antivirus picks it up but cannot remove. Its name is something like "~nsu.tmp". It is in the Temp folder and has a lot of files in it. Please tell me how can i remove it. I can submit a Hijackthis log if you wnats.

Please empty your Temp folder. Before you clear it, temporarly disable BD real-time protection. Don`t forget to re-enable it after you`re done deleting the malware file.

I deleted the folder, but it gets created back own its own, what can i do???

Check Select all in the Main Windows and press Empty Selected

Col you please specify exactly the path of the file which gets detected and the name of the detection? Even better, attach in a password protected archive the sample if possible.
