Bd 2015 Installation Stops At 27%

Windows 7, 64bit

Steps taken:

1. 2015 installed successfully from CD

2. uninstalled, replaced C drive for unrelated reasons

3. repeated first step (automatically uninstalled security software), stalled on installation (tried several times, rebooting after each attempt)

4. tried to install using offline installation file found on your website

5. checked "download files", download completed, but install stayed at 0% (tried several times)

6. downloaded and used 2016 BitDefender Uninstall tool

7. deactivated Windows Defender

8. UNchecked "download files", repeated step 4, stalled at 27% (tried several time, it always stalled at 27%)

I used BitDefender Central to install the 2016 software and it installed beautifully!
