Incompatible wih Vista
Have been running trial in vista home premium --all OK.
purchased int sec v10.2 from
element5 shop today-followed link to download from the invoice.
It will not install-popup says that it is not compatible with Vista.
VERY STRANGE.
Managed to register the trial copy with the reg no supplied and it is running ok so far(fingers crossed)

The registration number works whatever build of BD you have. It only depends on the type of BD (AV, AV Plus, Internet Security), but the exact version doesn't matter (when BD v11 is released, you can use the same license to register it, if it didn't expire).
About the Incompatible with Vista error, the only thing I can think of is that the installation kit that you bought was older, and not fully compatible. So just use the license with the kit that worked on your PC and it should work without any problems.
