System Scan Stops Working

Bitdefender scanner has encountered an error. A system scan is suddenly stopping as shown in the screenshot here. A quick scan is working well. As soon as the error message appears I have to restart my computer
because bitdefender isnt protecting me anymore. I did a uninstall with the uninstall tool and reinstalled bitdefender and still the same problem. Just for you to know we see in the screenshot that there are 2 unresolved
issues. I dont worry about it it's most of the time only cookies. So here is my problem I cant system scan my computer anymore even after a complete and well done reinstallation.
