Help, Firewall Doesn't Work.

Today I saw that my computer was in danger, so I clicked on "repair all" and the firewall was off. I clicked on "repair" but then it says: Failed.

Also I tried to go to the configuration of firewall, but it keeps failing.

Do you know how to fix it? Also sorry for my English, I am Spanish...

Without knowing which Windows OS you are using it is a little difficult to be exact but go into Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefernder>Uninstall. Choose "Repair", allow it to complete and restart your computer.

Let us know if the firewall has restarted.
