Bd Online Scanner - Update Fails -help!?
When I try to use BD Online Scanner the update of the Virus Engine/Virus Signatures always fails to update. I assume my virus definitions are thus way out of date if using the online scanner.
I have tried everything in the online troubleshooting (http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB155-en--Troubleshooting-BitDefender-Online-Scanner.html)
but it does not fix it. Whats weird is about 6 months ago I tried the suggestions in the online troubleshooting above, and it fixed it for one (1) session only. Since then all attempts to update the virus engine/signatures keep failing.
