Undetected Virus

Infected today from a mp3 file. I keep getting directed to sites tying to get me to download their antivirus software and it is nigh impossible to get rid of the pop ups when you decline to download. While I was trying to compose this messge about 30 duplicate explorer windows opened up. When I reboot sometimes Windows reports it can't find certain DLL files that a web search can't identify. I can be on a web site and out of the blue another Explorer window will open up to another website, Some selling **** or virus protection products. Bit defender did detect the trojan but apparently it did not detect whtever this little nasty is. I have deep scanned my sytem twice with latest updates installed and each timeI have come back sqeakyclean. Any suggestions folks?
