From time to time I experience this problem that when I load Windows the Bitdefender Free Virus Shield is swiched off. When I try to swich it on nothing happens. Usually I fix this with restart but still - it quite annoying problem.
Windows' Action Center also warnes me that it is swiched off.
My system is Windows 7 SP 1

Thank you in advance!

Hello Stalik,
Please ensure you remove any other security solutions on the machine.
Also please remove the product and run a System File Checker and then reinstall from the website.

Let me know if the issue occurs afterwards.

So.... I uninstalled Bitdefender Free, than ran System File Checker which found corrupted filec and fixed them, restarted, downloaded BD free from website and when I tried to reinstall it got this:
The "Driver Setuo Failed" is very annoying - it doesn't want to go. And in the "Download Error" window "Retry" doesn't give any result.

Hello,
Please try to run the installer on a Administrator account or use "Run as Administrator"
Let me know how that goes for you.

Hello Stalik,
We have located remnant files on your machine and on the 17th of June we have sent you a removal tool to resolve the situation. Have you not received the email ?

Unfortunately I didn't. I also don't find it in spam. If it was there, I might have deleted it.
