Scanned with BD and found the following:


My In Box is empty, where can I find (message 662) and how can I delete them please.


I also have (message 835) and (message 842)to get rid of.

  • Thunderbird only marks messages deleted, doesn't delete them physically until the folder gets compacted. Do the following:


    Deactivate the on-access scanning


    Right-click on the Inbox folder and click Compact


    Re-active the on access scanning

    Many thanks for that. I have had 1,500 files infected and that was the last 3. Computer now clean. I think I got infected through"Limewire" but can't be sure.
