In some scenarios it uses too much RAM (in taskmanager it climbed to 300.000KB~300MB).This will probably get fixed so i don't worry.
Another thing is the action list.For exemple if it found more than 5 threats ill have to check apply all for every 5 items(does not apply the actions to all the items).
For example if it found 100 threats ,if i click apply to all 'delete' or 'take proper actions' it will do only 5 at a time,after i have to do it again for like ,20 times. 
Also i can't scroll in the list to select actions for more than five objects. 
Any other problem i haven't encountered yet.Also it works great from a detection rate point of view.
I use windows 7 x64 to run it.
