Keep Getting Issues
I bought the Antivirus 2008 last week and i am happy with the program except for a couple of times it has error issues and when i try fix them by clicking fix they don't work also i lose the scan box when this happens, and its also a securty issue for my pc as im not protected when there faulty. I have to reboot my PC and then there ok again, everything else is fine with the program but this should not keep happing and well i want to know if there is something i can do to resolve this as its getting to be a problem. Im not doing anything that i can think of when this happens to make it turn of so any help would be gratefull as i don't want to stop using this program as it a nice AV when its working and the gamer mode is great as im a online gamer.

Sorry when i say issues i mean that the 4 main cores (ANTIVIRUS,ANTIPHISHING,ID CONTROL,UPDATE) all show problems not all at the same time but 1st time it errored the update and antivirus was red and the 2nd time it went wrong it was antiphishind and ID Control when i clicked on them the option to fix them was not working. So i had to reboot and it sorted it out also i lost the scan box on both occasions...0 -

Some BitDefender files might got corrupted. I recommend that you perform a repair installation. But first right click on the red BitDefender icon near the system tray press on exit. Wait a few seconds. Now click on start,programs,BitDefender 2008,repair & remove choose repair. You will be asked to reboot please do so.
