Trojan.generic.482821

Hi there!

Can anyone help me please?

My BitDefender reports that it found a virus 'Trojan.Generic.482821' and that it put the file ws2_32.dll into the quarantine. Now it is a Windows system file. Ufortunately it is not possible to restore it from the quarantine and with it goes the ability to connect the internet.

Any help will be very much appreciated!

Please upload the file ws2_32.dll here, archived with the password infected. It might be a false positive.
