I just uninstalled an older free version of Bitdefender and installed the current free version. When doing so I was prompted to uninstall three programs which were potential conflicts with Bit defender. I did uninstall them and Bitdefender is working well. It is a bit early to tell for sure but I seem to have fixed the problems I was having with the earlier version where multiple viruses were detected each day when I scanned. My question is whether I might be able to re-install Spybot. It found multiple malware that other programs missed when I had it installed previously.
