Hi!

I have problem with Active Threat Control & Intrusion Detection, it's is off and when I switch it to "on" it immediatly switch back to "off". I've attached file avc.xml as you recomend but it still does not work. I've send via Bitdefender diagnostic tool info about my problem ( about 5 days ago).

Please solve it or give me my money back.

    ok, it works. thx :) but what is wrong with Bitdefender? I'm not alone with this issue.

    Hi there,

    I have similar problem. I have BD 2016 but the Active Control and Intrusion Detection do not keep settings. These issues was reported in the previous version and still continues. We bought this program because you have advertised it how intrusion detection keeps us save along with Active control. Thank you

    Hello,

    There are multiple reasons those features can get disabled, and most of them are not coming from Bitdefender but from the user's pc.

    Please use the removal tool bellow to remove Bitdefender from your machine and reinstall from Central to make sure the application is fully refreshed.
