Thanks cris for your response. I have sent cd-man in a PM a reference number from Yousendit with infected files (sent to virus_submission@bitdefender.com) that were requested since my email providers would not allow me to send the compressed, password protected files. I have already sent several things requested by support@bitdefender.com. I will send you everything I have in a PM. I need my computer back! Thanks so much for your help.
