Helpp Extreme Virus And Bitdefender Cant See It ( Dutch )

Hello,

My dad have bought bitdefender but he has a virus and that take control of everything ( bitdefender cant see it )

Systeem recovery dont work cause the virus has removed all recovery points

and all programs ( see movie )

Guy's i think i have the answer but i need little help.

the virus let poeple think that thing a gone but they still are , in other word: my desktop was red but i know how to get my own desktop and if i am going to my compter then is er no C:/ , but if i typ in internet explorer c:/ i come on C:/ so the virs wil lets us think that everything is gone , ithink the systeem recoverys are still on my computer now i my qeustion where are they on xp?please help me

Guys now i know it, Bitdefender cant stop it cause it is "malware" i have downloaded a malware deleter and he found 20 risk files over 2000scanned objects and the red desktop was just a active desktop. The effect of malware is that it is trying to let you click on popus.

and a virus is destroying your files!!
