I installed this new beta version once on Windows 10 (before the anniversary update). I upgraded Windows 10 with the new anniversary update, and I can no longer install this beta version of the free antivirus.
I downloaded the file, (bitdefender_online), and double clicked it to install. Windows asked if I could allow this program; I clicked yes. Then my mouse cursor shows a loading symbol, and stops and nothing happens. I noticed though that Bitdefender Agent is installed, but the actual antivirus is not.
I can see when I look in the details section of task manager, I can see bitdefender_online start up, then just shut down.
I have no idea how to fix this, and I thought I'd just let everyone know. Any advice is appreciated!
