Since yesterday my bit defender has been quarantining a win.login exe located in my temp folder. It keeps on doing it over and over again. I must have over 40+ folders

You might have a PUA that keeps dropping that file in your temp folder. Please follow the steps in the article bellow and open a ticket with our Support via bitsy@bitdefender.com
