I downloaded Bitdefender FREE 2016 from a forum site and I could not get it to work - it crashed my anti-virus and kept rebooting with same no results. I am currently using version 1.0.21.1109 with Windows 10; it works perfectly even though it is not supposed to work with Windows 10. I could not even reinstall that version, after the Beta version uninstalled it.
My solution was just to shut down my computer for a while and then redownload and install version 1.0.21.1109.
How can I download the new free 2016 beta to try without it crashing?
