Because i don't get support from Bitdefender, i hope someone reads this topic and can help me.
After starting installation i get a message that my internet connection is to slow. But i have a fast internet connection. Then the installation stops. This only happens on one of the three computers i have. On the other computers i could install Bitdefender without any problem, this with the same internet connection.
So i think this is a bug.
I allready send supportrequest to Bitdefender, but they don't answer. Because of this, my computer is now unprotected. I had 2016 installed, but because of 2017 i had to uninstall 2016 first.
Please help me.
