Previous days from old license not extended

I just updated my copy of Antivirus Plus 2015 to Antivirus Plus 2017 and after entering my activation code my 'Days Remaining' is now only 365 instead of 365 + what I had left on my previous on the 2015 version which was 185 days. So after paying to update to the latest version, shouldn't I have access to it for 450 days instead of 365?

I'm posting this here because the " Open an email ticket and we will answer the question or concern in the shortest time possible." link on your support pages is linking back to the beginning of the support section and not linking to any kind of contact form.

Please clear your cookies and cache and retry. I have tested the submit form and it works properly.

Would be best if you contact our support using bitsy@bitdefender.com. Much easier than the submit form. The support team will be able to assist with this request.

Because this question about renewal  by the previous entry  was not answered fully. I repeat a similar query question : I currently have Totla security 2016 which still has 100 + days before renewal.  I keep getting requests to update but I need to know if my renewal for 12 months will extend  my renual date to 365 plus the remaining period of my present liocence.  I did submit a ticket asking this but got no reply apart for confirmation and a ticket number .

My second question  is how do I track my query from the given ticket number ?

These type of requests or any in commercial nature have no room on the forum.

I see that 4 days ago my colleagues from support have answered your questions, please check your Spam folder or any active filter.

All communications via tickets are done via email, you receive a response as with the status of the ticket and also notifications should we have not received a answer from you. If you received a notification asking for information that means a email was sent to you and we are waiting for your feedback.
