Hi


i am trying to install TS 2017 but it keeps installing TS 2016 which i had previously, i completely uninstalled 2016 and then tried but same things happen,i purchased the 2017 license

    In what language are you trying to install the product?


    Have you used the Bitdefender Uninstall Tool to clean the machine ?

    i am using the english language i tried last night using the uninstall tool and then reinstalling it installed 2016 again not sure why


    anyone has any other ideas for me to try to get it working

    I had exactly the same problem. It happens on my both laptops. I kept installing 2017 products. I used the authentic uninstaller of Bitdefender.

    Please use the uninstall tool to clean the machine again and then use the installer from the link below :

    I tried everything Unstaller 2017, 2016 and even manually uninstall. But I'm stuck with 2016 version. Every time the 388 mb file was downloaded.


    I really do not know what is the problem with Bitdefender, it must came from the online installer stuff. Why couldn't you just release a offline link so that everybody do not loose time for this kind of never-supposed-to-be happened issue.
