Bitdefender Antivirus Plus 2017 won't install

Hi, I already opened a ticket but I have not received a new answer for over 2 days.

The only help I got was the same thing I could already read at http://www.bitdefender.com/support/installing-your-new-bitdefender-2017-1710.html

I can't go past step 5. The grey screen "Downloading Bitdefender product" is working, and downloads the whole thing (380-ish mo), but the "main install window" never pops up.

After the download of the bitdefender product, the window just closes and nothing happens. The installer never opens up.

Yes I run the installer as administrator.

I already sent a log to the ticket but I can do another one if that helps.

Hello,

Please remove all other security solutions from the machine before attempting to install the product.

Also please run a File Check to ensure the system is working properly.

All security solutions were already uninstalled.

The File Check came out clean.

this is utter ######, i have the same issue on all three of my pc, and there is no issues at all with my systems, and i even download ran the clean installation tools for 2015, 2016, still cant install ... ###### and their download server is sooooooo slow!!!!!
