I have a brand new pc, and i'm trying to install BD from my central, but when its ask me to sign in it keeps saying can't connect to server so it no use on my pc What can you do about it, if you can't give me a solution, i'm going back to kaspersky.


 


already pinged you nimbus thing and its 0%loss so i have internet, but it keeps saying can't connect to server, get you things straight so i can connect to it,  also scared to update the TS 2016 to the 2017 on my laptop because of this .


 


i cant use my brand new pc now, because i'm not using it without the virusscan

    Please let know if you are connected via Wi-Fi, if yes, have you tried via cable to see if it makes any difference ?


    Are you running a proxy or a VPN ? If yes try to disable them


    If you are behind a router with a active firewall try to disable it to see if that changes anything.


    Should the issues still persist please contact our support team at bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.

  • using cable, not using any proxy or VPN, adn the firewall isn't blocking it.
