Bitdefender TS 2017 add 1 year


Hi i have Bitdefender Total Security  2017  342 days left.

On November 27 i bought another year during black Friday but you didn't add it to my existing account.


Must i wait old subscription to expire and start a new one or is there a way to add year i bought ?

    Most of us, with the exception of the Moderator, Sorin G., can't do anything to assist you with such issues.  We are just users like yourself.


    My experience is that Bitdefender has always been very good to me when it came to requests to merge subscriptions, so I don't expect you will have any issues in that regard.


    Be a bit patient.  The Bitdefender Tech Support people are very busy.
