This is the result after 12 days, Is it a robot or human. That's not acceptable from a human, He/She doesn't understand what I say. very very very very very very bad support and very very very late. you don't care about your customer security. In this 12 days, my system didn't have security and this my ticket result and your answers.

Select Remove and then Remove once more for confirmation.

Unfortunately my last windows corrupt , So without uninstalling my total security, I Installed new windows .My last windows was 8.1 but new one is 10 Pro . Now what ?

I used my bitdefnder total security that I downloaded from my central on my laptop in win 8.1 . Now I update my laptop to Win 10 and that says (look at the picture) . What Can I do?
