UPGRADE BITDEFENDER TS 2016 TO BITDEFENDER TS 2017

Dear friend,

I have a problem with the upgrading of the BITDEFENDER TS 2016 to BITDEFENDER 2017, thru the Bitdefender central.The instalation procedure stops 

and  appears the following message on my LAPTOP:

"installer.exe-The entry point not found.

The insertion point RaRProcess fileW of the procedure was not possible to identify in the dynamic link library C:\program Files\Bitdefender\setup information\

{09FE2C2E-BBOD-4848-A706-AA244 FA25FEA}\additional.dll."

Can you help me please to solve this problem.
