Subscription Renewal

Hi,

I have Bitdefender Family Pack 2017 installed on my PCs. I had purchased it last year and my subscription is about to get over in a months time. Hence I wish to renew my subscription.

My question now is that I have a months time before it get over, but if I choose to renew my license today, will this one month time that I have on my current subscription get added to the renewed subscription or will the renewed subscription come into effect from the date of purchase itself and I'll loose my 1 month period?

Could someone please educate me on this?

You will NOT loose your one month, the two licenses will combine.
