I have just submitted BD Av free 2016 online installer to VirusTotal : baidu av has detected a trojan named WisdomEyes. Is that a false positive or not ?

That is a false positive.
It would be ironic for a anti-virus to come with malware attached.

We have contacted Baidu and had them reanalyze their detection. Once again 0/55.
I just want to inform you, that Baidu detect Bitdefender Free again with WidsomEyes. Scanned today on Virus-Total with Signatures from 2017/02/10. I assume Baidu did FP.
