Tools not working

Hello,

Wondering if anyone be able to help me at all?

As you can see in the picture i don't get any tools or any anti theft settings on my computer.

I have repaired the software, uninstalled it twice and now running out of idea?

Any help would be great.

Don't worry i have fixed it, the way i sorted it out was by using the uninstaller tool on bitdefender website which can by found by clicking here.
