BIS2017 fas not update for 5 hours

Windows 10 PC BIS2017

Windows 10 has not updated.

Is the update server down ?

Hi,

Please perform clean installation first. Uninstall the product using the uninstall tool.

http://www.bitdefender.com/files/KnowledgeBase/file/Bitdefender_2017_UninstallTool.exe

After this, go to central to download and reinstall product to get the latest version.
