Real Time Protection Disabled

Hello.


Under my Options setting, the box is checked off for ENABLING the Real Time Protection, however, under the Security Center screen the Antivirus has an exclamation mark and it will NOT allow me to FIX ALL ISSUES.


Any help is appreciated.

    Check in Services tab(Control Panel/Administrative Tools/Services) if the folowing BD services are as


    BitDefender Comunicator >>Started>> Automatic


    BitDefender Desktop Update Service >>Started>> Automatic


    BitDefender Threat Scanner >> Started>> Manual


    BitDefender Virus Shield >> Started >> Automatic


    If they are not as here ,set them,if they still fail ,uninstall BD then restart computer ,run the Uninstall tool ,reinstall Windows Instaler 3.1 and reinstall BD.

    What version is it exactly you are working with?

    I used the repair option and after a re-install it fixed all.
