Which right installer for bitdefender free?

I visited to https://www.bitdefender.com/solutions/free.html, but there are two version installer. Which right installer to bitdefender free?

1. http://download.bitdefender.com/npd/free/Antivirus_Free_Edition.exe. Download 9 MB full installer.

2. https://download.bitdefender.com/windows/bp/agent/en-us/bitdefender_online.exe. Download ~200 MB full installer.

These are 2 different products.

1. That is the old Bitdefender Free that is not compatible with Windows 10

2. This is the newest Bitdefender Free that is not compatible with Windows XP & Vista

Are 'old' Bitdefender Free will and still supported? because newest one make my old netbook slow
