BD Antivirus Plus 2017 Activation Problem

I recently purchased a subscription for BD antivirus Plus 2017, for 5 devices, I downloaded the program, but I cannot get the BD activated, it shows to be BD Total Security, which I do not have a license key for, only antivirus plus 2017. and keeps showing invalid key code. I have not used any of the other 4 devices yet. It would appear it is trying to activate the Total Security app and not the antivirus Plus 2017 app. Thank You
