Purchased and installed BitDefender Total Security Multidevice 2 weeks ago.Subscriptions show expiry for Widows products 30 days, mobile products 14 days.
Lodged a ticket no: 2017010721000003 on 11th January 2017 no response to date.
Sent a follow up email 19th January, still no response.
Product has now expired on mobile device and will expire on Windows devices in 15 days.
Unable to use activation key as it states it has been used on another subscription.
Any chance of response / resolution? Anyone had this issue and managed to resolve it?
