Premature Expiry unable to activate
Purchased and installed BitDefender Total Security Multidevice 2 weeks ago.Subscriptions show expiry for Widows products 30 days, mobile products 14 days.
Lodged a ticket no: 2017010721000003 on 11th January 2017 no response to date.
Sent a follow up email 19th January, still no response.
Product has now expired on mobile device and will expire on Windows devices in 15 days.
Unable to use activation key as it states it has been used on another subscription.
Any chance of response / resolution? Anyone had this issue and managed to resolve it?

Hello,
Please open the product and go to Account and there you will find a option called Switch Account.
Use it to relog into your account and then run a update for the product by right clicking on the tray icon and selecting Update.

No joy, switching account and resigning in just brings me back to the same Account info window with Subscription Expires notifications
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling to reactivate but again it just shows up in Central and on the device as expired.0 -

Looking at your account you do not have a subscription attached to it.
The only code attached to your account is a service to have it installed remotely by our Premium Team.
EDIT : Please check your Inbox for the activation code and apply it to your Central account.0
