Update Error

Hello all,

I have been getting an update error on a PC for the last 4 hours. In the BD log it shows and error code of 1011. What does this mean and how can I resolve it?

Hello,

That is a time out error.

Try to update using a different connection (mobile hotspot / other wifi etc)

I am now showing error code 200, for over 8 hours. What does this one mean? Is there a place to look up these error codes?

Please let us know what product do you have installed and what operating system.

Also please ensure you remove all other security solutions from the machine

I have Bitdefender 2017 family pack installed, on a Windows 10 Home PC. The error code is actually 2009.
